Verification privacy exception

Could leaving verifications be made an exception from privacy settings? I've noticed some frustration from social group members about not being able to verify others, I have the same issue as a single male host and I feel bad when I can't return a verification to a couple or single lady who has restricted contact from single men.

It's also quite annoying that the app doesn't tell you that you can't verify someone until after you've tried to post the well-thought out message!
