Combine Friends, Pages, and Following into a single feed

Feature Request

With the introduction of pages and following, there are now two more tabs on the home screen feed.

This means having to navigate between these whereas these should be combined into a single “Newsfeed” or “Your feed” tab so I can view all updates from my friends, subscribed pages, and following profiles in a single scrollable list.

Perhaps another suggestion is, that all the feed (including nearby, maybe add Trending too) into a single Newsfeed and users can toggle on/off which types of content they wish to see in their feed. So by default, all could be enabled and if I don't care about ‘Nearby’ I can toggle it off.
